After the end of IPL 2025, Team India is all set for its next big tour — and this time it’s in England. The 5-match Test series will be an exciting one for many reasons. First time, the team will play without Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, as both legends have taken retirement from Test cricket. And leading the side will be none other than young Shubman Gill.

Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul are most likely to open, but backup options like Sai Sudarshan and Abhimanyu Easwaran are also available. The middle-order has some interesting mix — Gill himself, Nitish Reddy, and Karun Nair, who has made a comeback.

Dhruv Jurel is also part of the team and might play as a backup keeper. Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, and Washington Sundar are added as all-rounders in the team.

Bumrah once again will lead the pace bowling attack. Apart from him, Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Akash Deep, and Arshdeep Singh are there as the pace bowling options in the team. There’s only one main spinner this time — Kuldeep Yadav.
